I'm trying to put on weight, what shall i eat?

You're eating like NO protein that's your problem :) Eat meat, chicken, eggs, fish. All of that stuff will help you gain weight :) Try working out too. You will gain muscle which will 1. Make you gain weight and 2. Make you look toned (so you wont just gain all of your weight in your stomach and thighs lol)
