Why are decisive parenting decisions so hard?

Just tell your sitter the truth, if she cares about your child she will understand. But be sure not tell her until you have found her replacement because ou don't want her to quit on the spot. Tell her that you appriciate her service and don't want her to be leaving you, but that this is what is best for you child under the cirstances
