My cat is making me a nervous wreck?

I had a similar problem when my cat (which we had taken to the vets to be spayed) fell pregnant (turns out the vet was so focused on getting rid of some cysts he found when he opened her up, he forgot to complete the spay). Leave her be, she'll sort herself out when she's ready. My cat started to give birth under my bed and we simply picked her up and put her in a box on a blanket, then left her to it. She had 3 healthy kittens by the next morning. It's a natural process, like human's she'll know what to do and she'll be fine.
