How do you jazz up pasta with little variety of spices and sauces?
i don't put hot sauce in my spaghetti sauce. I've never heard of that before. You can add things like fresh mushrooms or sliced up green peppers and some onions. You can toss in oregano, salt, pepper, garlic, etc. I don't add a whole lot of spices, just the basics. My mother adds a pinch of sugar. Always use good quality noodles. A lot of times you can really spice things up by getting a different type of meat. Instead of ground beef get hot sausage. That will taste like a totally different meal. Also, don't forget to have some good wine with it!
