Hard Anodized Aluminum Cookware by Todd English! Does it work well?

I don't know if "anodized" makes a difference, but I do know that generally there are lots of things you can't cook in an aluminium pan. You can't cook very acidic things, rhubarb, pickles etc. Anytime a recipe says "cook in a non-reactive pan", that means you can't use aluminium.
