What are the coats that are made of hemp called?

Idk..maybe they're not made of hemp, but i've seen a few people wearing them around my school. They sometimes have rasta colors, but sometimes look sort of tribal? ...I really don't know how to describe them. But any suggestions to what they might be called would be great haha!
