Can anyone tell of their knowledge of the Apocrypha?

When the question came up the other day in here i looked up the word apocrypha, and at the moment am reading about adam and eve and the chapters that was deemed not be included in the bible. I am amazed at the chapters that were left out and what a snivelling soul adam really came over as. As i say i am only just started reading it but i intend to read everything that was left out of the bible. Unlike some here i try and look at every religion and learn about it.
