Post mirena experience?

hi i had a little concern after my mirena removal i was just wondering if anybidy is experiencing the same. i had my mirena inserted in june 2008 had it for 2 years i experienced the regular symptoms weight gain, bloating , mood swings, i had my regular periods every month. but since i couldnt take the mood swings i took it out on 7/22/2010 like afew days before. i had bleeding 2 days after i took it out had it for almost 7-8 days with clots. then the bleeding stopped but i had this urge to pee a lot. the doctor thought i might had UTI so he prescribed me a antibiotic for 10 days and also AZO standard over the counter medication for 3 days. but still the urge to pee has not stopped and i also feel dizzy and so tired all the time that i feel really sleepy. i dont know whats happening to my body so i was wondering did anybody feel like this after mirena or it just me or its something else. thanks
