How much would the cheapest flat 30 acres cost with water, in either NZ, USA, UK, IRELAND or CANADA for horses?

I mean the cheapest land in either of the above countries to have a few horses, that's not either under snow most of year or in desert, with good access, within 20 minutes of a town or city with services such as doctor, schools, supermarkets etc. I'm just seeing if it's a dream or if one day I could afford my own acreage! many thanks.
