La Noire like Red Dead Redemption?

Hi everyone :D lol, i just wondered i've pre ordered La Noire for when it's released this friday and i just wanted to know if it will be like red dead redemption? such as 100% free roaming, side missions/quests, treasures/collectible items, moral system basically free to do what ever you wish to do just like you could in red dead redemption and all the other things you could do in RDR? thanks :D lol
