Pls answer me friends i'm very much confused to take a decision.?

We are a very middle cl family and my family consists of me.my mom and her mom. Me and my mom are going for work and our earnings is not sufficient to satisfy our needs itself. My uncle's family consists himself, his wife and three children of age 14,12 and 5yrs. He is also work going and in same level as us. He was suffering with lots of problems like weight loos, low blood level, etc some past one year. But the fact we came to know that it is due to kidney failure only by october 2010. I made borrowing from my friends, neighbors and even got loans for jewels, etc and made payment for his hospital expenses. The total costs was nearly 60000 thousand and in which my share is 48000. Then doctor suggested for regular dialysis but due to my financial status i said i can't manage the expenses and he stopped dialysis. Now he admitted in some other hospital seriously. Now the doctor of that hospital says the hospital expenses will be fully taken by the hospital and the kidney must be arranged by us. My uncle's blood group, my mom's blood group and my grand mother's blood group are the same. Due to BP my grandmother can't donate her kidney. Last choice is my mom. She is work going and we meet maximum expenses of our family with her earning only. Then we are in a rented house and also now i'm in a loan of 48000 which i bought for my uncle's hospital expenses. If my mom donates kidney the whole family expenses is mine but i can't manage it with my salary. I'm 21yrs female and many alliances are coming to me. Marriage is not a matter but i don't have father (he is expired before 2 yrs) and my uncle also can't support me hereafter. I don't know what to do now? Pls help me out friends. Don't comment funny. Its a serious problem so think this as your problem and suggest me a solution. Thanks in advance.
