More like a "spirit guide." I was being followed by the spirit guide of a friend, Harry, but he's disappeared as quick as he came. The last thing he told me, in a dream perhaps, was that putting Ben-Gay in a jock strap can make a kid run faster when returning kickoffs in American football. Seemed like a harmless statement, and doesn't provide much closure.
