Who, in your opinion, is the greatest leader of all time?

I must say, even though I am an American, I believe the best leader of All-Time would have to be Sir Winston Churchill. I mean the man was awesome. Think about this... if it was for the stupid English Parliament, he would have ended the Cold War before it even started! He even predicted the Cold War in 1946! And we called him crazy for that "Iron Curtain" speech. Possibly the best Prime Minister UK had to offer (oh please don't say Marget Thatcher).
