MTG: Standard Blue Artifact Deck, suggestions? Rating?

When playing with blue decks, i myself use a blue artifact deck, i find that it is not necessary to have a huge strength in one area. i recently had to add cards to allow me to have multiple strengths and defenses. As the person below me suggested, counters are good to use. even if they are simple creature counters or noncreature counters that only take two mana. it is good to have something like that in your hand to prevent suprise power cards. if you have small creatures try to use ones with abilities that help out the other cards. I am into cards that make people lose cards in their library but i dont think you are into that. just balance out your power monsters with tactical ones as well to help out and strategize
