Im 13 and want to be a model?!?

I'm 13 and short! I'm 5 ft and about 90 lbs. I reeeeaaaallllyyyy want to be a model!! Also, I know this might be stupid but I alo want some tips on how to tell my mom!!!!! Thanks and id like to know which agencies to apply at. thanks!!!!!!!!!!!!
