I am 68 years old and suffering from enlarged prostate & normal PSA. Any suggestions for alternative medicine?

A Urologist has confirmed my enlarged prostate and suggests laser treatment, but I would prefer Alternative medicine such as Ayurveda or homeopathy. I am confused there are so many advertisements such as AVMAZON, AYURSTATE, NATURALYPURE, HEALTHLINE, etc.all claiming remarkable results from their products. Kindly advise if any one has successfully used any such product to cure this problem. Many thanks.
