Can someone help me find treatments for my back?!?

I am a painter and I fell off the third story of the house I was working at last week. I didn't file for workman's comp. or go to the hospital because I don't have any insurance. I am only 18. Anyway, when I was working today whenever I put pressure on my right leg it sends a horrible shooting pain through my back. I don't have any maging things and I've tried the heating patches and they don't help. Anyone else have anyother home remedies or things to buy. I am on as little budget as possible. Thank you.
